Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and Stuffaballoon for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Stuffaballoon accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Stuffaballoon sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Stuffaballoon irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Delivery

We make use of Royal Mail and send out orders using Special Delivery at no extra charge.  Saturday special delivery will incur and extra charge if required. We cannot deliver to hospitals anymore due to various rules by hospitals but also due to non-delivery of orders due to people either checking out early or being moved to a different ward. Please send the item to a person who can receive and deliver it in person.

Returns

You have the right to return goods to us within 5 working days of receiving the goods for any reason, and for a full refund of the original charges minus our postage cost of £7.50 or less depending on the expense we incur. You are responsible for returning the goods to the Stuffaballoon head office and you are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is not fit for the purpose originally intended. To return an item please log into your account or contact us in writing beforehand and wait for a confirmation before returning goods. We regret we cannot accept returned goods without first being contacted in writing (see above).

You will receive a refund, or your credit card will be refunded, no later than 30 days after Stuffaballoon's receipt of returned goods.

If we fail to deliver an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund.

Royal Mail Special Delivery should reach you on the requested day by 1PM. Please use your tracking number to see progress.

Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither Stuffaballoon nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.
